– Executive Committee & National Spiritual Advisors: should arrive by 3:00pm on Thursday 11/2
– National Coordinators and NCSA: should arrive by 12:00pm on Thursday 11/2
You can take off anytime on Sunday 11/5.

Call the hotel at 425-430-1414 for complimentary airport shuttle pickup.
Please fill out the Arrival/Departure form even though you are traveling by car.
