Platforms and process
We worked with the client on three fronts: user experience reworking, interface redesign and evolving the brand identity system. In a matter of weeks we had transformed the way the brand was communicated and experienced.
To begin, we undertook a user experience audit of the existing functional prototype to help identify how the current application could be quickly improved from a usability perspective. We took this audit work forward by reworking the information architecture to simplify the navigation. This made it much easier for players to discover new games, complete essential tasks without disruption and stay focussed on playing games.
We turned the experience of using the service from something a little ordinary into something special and unique to the Slotser brand. High execution values and a strategic take on how to organise the players experience means Slotser as a startup have a product that enables them to compete with the bigger established brands in the market.
